- For an older booking record or a photograph, ask the Sheriff’s Office for its current records-custodian procedure. No county-specific booking-photo fee or fixed response time was verified, so request an estimate before paying.
- For a criminal case, follow the 41st Judicial Circuit and the official Just One Look case-search path, subject to its access rules and case availability.
- For a person sentenced to Alabama prison custody, use the ADOC Inmate Search. For a written record request, ADOC uses Form 23-A, public.records@doc.alabama.gov, and 334-353-3883.
- For federal prison custody, use the Federal Bureau of Prisons inmate locator. It is not a Blount County booking roster.
- For immigration detention, use the ICE Online Detainee Locator. A disappearance from the county roster alone does not prove an immigration transfer.
