We do not use the site to keep official Blount County jail or court records.

This guide links to official sheriff rosters, detention information, court pages, Alabama corrections resources, federal locators, and outside search tools. The current roster, the separate 48 Hour Release view, and the Blount County court portal each carry their own content, availability, and privacy practices. For government records, the responsible custodian’s procedures apply, including Alabama’s public-writings framework in Ala. Code § 36-12-40.
Advertising partners may use their own technology to watch activity across websites for interest-based advertising. That activity runs under their systems and policies, beyond this site’s control.

Use the details on the Get in Touch page to make a request. A request controls nothing at the Blount County Sheriff’s Office, a court, ADOC, or another outside organization.
